Abide The Beast is a family owned and operated fitness studio that started as a dream sitting on the beachfront on Bribie Island. It has since grown into a Personal Training and Group Training studio, with the aim to one day soon become a gym of it's own.

We have travelled overseas to train with some incredible people and we have built an amazing fitness family right here at home. 

 

With an extensive list of experience and interests behind us, the Abide The Beast team has you covered. Weight loss, strength and conditioning, increased fitness or confidence building; we are here for you!
